是在台灣的第二大族群分佈於島上的山地高山，泰雅族的族名「Tayal」(Dayan)，原意為「真人」或「勇敢的人」。由於泰雅族的方言群眾多，一般從人類學的角度將泰雅族分為兩大語系亞族，分別是泰雅亞族與賽德克亞族，共有二十五個方言群體。
根據不同方言群泰雅族人的傳說，其祖先起源包括三個地方，首先是於雪山山脈大霸尖山，其次是今南投縣仁愛鄉的發祥村（Pinsbukan） 由於黥面一詞在漢文原為古代的刑罰，多有負面的意思（馬騰嶽 1998），目前一般學術界與民間均改以「文面」稱呼泰雅族人的此一文化，以視對於泰雅族文化的尊重。
泰雅族語稱文面為ptasan，有四種意義：
驅除邪魔的作用；
美麗雅觀的效果；
族系的識別；
榮耀的象徵。

阿美族的傳統節慶有豐年祭、播種祭（小米）、捕魚祭、海祭、祈晴祭和祈雨祭等等。
許多祭典內容原有嚴格男女分際或性別禁忌，但因時代變遷而有所更曳或亡佚。
豐年祭是阿美族重要的祭祀儀式，其重要性相當於漢人的農曆年，
會在每年七、八、九月間進行，主要為耕地收獲後的時節舉辦；
天數則依各部落而異，一般是由各部落長老們決定。

根據邵族的口傳歷史，據說祖先是追逐白鹿翻越阿里山('arithan / 'ari a hundun)而來。
卲族曾經是水沙連地區最有勢力的族群。水社(kankwan)是日治時期的主要聚落之一。現在則以伊達邵（Baraw-baw，日月村，舊稱德化社）為中心。另一主要的聚落為位於水里鄉頂崁村的雨社山聚落。少部分居住於水裡民和村益則坑(Aksa)一帶，其餘族人散居於各地。

拉阿魯哇族最重要的祭儀是「miatungusu（貝神祭，或稱「聖貝祭」）」，原為2年舉辦一次，但為了文化傳承，自1994年起改為每年舉行。

貝神祭之由來：很久前hla'alua（拉阿魯哇人）與kavurua（小矮人）曾經同住在 hlasunga 這個地方，而takiarʉ（貝神）是小矮人的守護神。小矮人與拉阿魯哇族人相處非常的融合，有一天拉阿魯哇的祖先要離開hlasunga 這個地方，小矮人很難過，於是當拉阿魯哇族人要離開時，就把他們最珍惜的寶物─貝神贈送給拉阿魯哇祖先，並且交代拉阿魯哇族人要把貝神奉為自己的神來祭拜，於是十二貝神從此就成為拉阿魯哇的神了。

卑南族的普悠瑪社(Puyuma)，今又稱為南王部落，是卑南族竹生系統中的代表。

卑南族是天生的勇士，實施了嚴格的男子會所訓練制度。

從許多文獻的記載中，在日治時代依然可以看到布農族使用的樂器約有十來種。例如：弓琴、口簧琴、木杵、臼（木製）、竹琴、鼻笛、五弦琴等等。布農族對樂器的認知，清代文獻稱為武崙族，台灣原住民的一個族群，主要居住在海拔1500公尺以上的高山上，現在的人口約五萬餘人。

卡那卡那富族、拉阿魯哇族與嘉義縣的阿里山鄉、南投縣信義鄉久美社區的鄒族人，有很長的一段時間被統稱為「鄒族」，之後因語言差異甚大，完全無法以族語溝通，且三個族群各自有自己的歷史想像、起源傳說、祭典儀式及傳統的社會結構，經卡、拉兩族的申請「正名」，政府於103 年6 月26 日以正式的儀式宣布，認定各為獨立的族群。拉阿魯哇族為第15 族，卡那卡那富族為第16 族，目前登記為卡族之人口數約有357 人（民國108 年﹝2019﹞9 月）。(2020-01-28 16:56)

「卡那卡那富」（Kanakanavu）意為住在Kanakanavu一地的人，古稱「簡仔霧番」或「干仔霧番」，在日治時代認定為鄒族，戰後亦沿用此分類至今。但學界在日治時代即對於該族群和鄒族，有各種分類法。伊能嘉矩、鳥居龍藏等學者根據語言與風俗習慣的異同，將鄒族視為單一族群，但對族群內部的區分並不一致；小川尚義則由比較語言學的觀點，將鄒族、卡那卡那富族、拉阿魯哇族視為三個獨立的族。卡那卡那富族人在2001年原住民族語言能力認證時，發現他們在語言上無法溝通，進一步比較發現與鄒族在祭典與食材上也有很大差異，加上受到賽德克族正名運動激勵，決定發起正名運動，並於2014年6月26日正式獨立為一族。

祭儀
卡那卡那富族的重要祭儀有「Mikong（米貢祭）」、「Pasikarai（河祭）」等。

傳統狩獵的方式有三種 Uma'anupu (帶狗狩獵) / Rumaringee (陷阱) / Aracakaan (狩獵)



"Kanakanavu" means people who live in Kanakanavu. It was called "Jianzai Wufan" or "Danzi Wufan" in the ancient times. It was identified as the Zou in the Japanese era, and it was also used after the war Classified so far. However, in the era of Japanese rule, there were various classifications for this and Zou ethnic groups. According to the similarities and differences of language and customs, scholars such as Yineng Jiaju and Torii Longzang considered the Zou ethnic group as a single ethnic group, but they did not discriminate within the ethnic group. Xiaochuan Shangyi considered Zou and Kanaka from the perspective of comparative linguistics. The Nafu and Laalua are regarded as three independent races. The Kanakana rich people found that they could not communicate in language when they were certified by the indigenous abilities of the indigenous people in 2001. A further comparison revealed that they were also significantly different from the Zou people in their ceremonies and ingredients. The clan naming movement was inspired, and it was decided to launch a naming movement , and formally became a clan on June 26, 2014.
Ritual
The important rituals of the Kanakana rich people include "Mikong" and "Pasikarai".
There are three traditional hunting methods: Uma'anupu (hunting with dogs) / Rumaringee (trap) / Aracakaan (hunting)

太魯閣族（德魯固; Truku、Taroko）
原居住於南投縣仁愛鄉靜觀部落，
十七世紀跨越中央山脈遷移至現在的花蓮縣北部一帶，
目前人口約二萬餘人。

日治時期日本文化人類學者依據語言、風俗、文化特徵，
而將其歸類於泰雅族的賽德克亞族之一群
（另兩群為Toda、Tgdaya）。
正名太魯閣族的過程，由於族群內部以「德路固」（Truku）
群為主的族人傾向於以「太魯閣族」作為族群名稱。
而以「德固達雅」（Tgdaya）及「都達」（Toda）群
為主的族人傾向以「賽德克族」作為族群名稱。因而展開了族群內部間的衝突與對話。

★【神奇守護幻獸-Magical Guardian Eudemons】年獸-The Monster Nian-hoelex
年獸The Monster Nia，是中國傳說中遠古時代會在過年前出現的一頭怪物。
相傳，中國古時候有一種叫「年」的怪獸長年深居海底，每到除夕才爬上岸，吞食牲畜傷害人命。因此，每到除夕這天，村裡大大小小扶老攜幼逃往深山，以躲避「年」獸的傷害。
這年除夕，桃花村的人們正扶老攜幼上山避難，此時，村外來了個乞討的老人，鄉親們有的正忙於封窗鎖門，有的收拾行李，有的牽牛趕羊，到處人喊馬嘶，一片匆忙恐慌景象，並沒有人有空關心這位乞討的老人。
只有村東頭一位老婆婆好心給了老人些食物，並勸他快上山躲避「年」獸，那老人捋髯笑道：「婆婆若讓我在家留一夜，我一定把「年」獸攆走。」她繼續勸說，但乞討老人笑而不語。
婆婆無奈，只好獨自上山避難去了。
半夜時分，「年」獸闖進村。它發現村東頭老婆婆家，門貼大紅紙，屋內燭火通明，院內傳來「砰砰啪啪」的炸響聲，「年」渾身戰慄，再不敢往前。
原來，「年」最怕紅色、火光和炸響。這時，婆婆的家門大開，只見院內老人身披紅袍在哈哈大笑。「年」大驚失色，狼狽逃躥了。第二天是正月初一，避難回來的人們見村裏安然無恙十分驚奇。
這時，老婆婆才恍然大悟，趕忙向鄉親們述說了乞討老人的許諾。
鄉親們一齊擁向老婆婆家，只見婆婆家門上貼著紅紙，院裏一堆未燃盡的竹子仍在啪啪炸響，屋內幾根紅臘燭還發著餘光……欣喜若狂的鄉親們為慶賀吉祥的來臨，紛紛換新衣戴新帽，到親友家道喜問好。
這件事很快在周圍村裏傳開了，人們都知道了驅趕"年"獸的辦法。 從此每年除夕，家家貼紅對聯、燃放爆竹；戶戶燭火通明、守更待歲。
初一一大早，還要走親串友道喜問好。這風俗越傳越廣，成了中國民間最隆重的傳統節日。

年獸傳說起於何處尚缺科學考證，但鞭炮來自爆竹，在家門口燃燒竹節，由於竹腔內的空氣受熱膨脹，竹腔爆裂，
而發出巨響藉此驅趕年獸，因此從爆竹文化而言顯見在火藥發明以前的更古老時代就已經存在。
至於年獸怕聲音、怕火光的弱點可能源自於放鞭炮驅逐山魈。南北朝人宗懍《荊楚歲時記》

★【櫻桃仙子Cherry Fairy】
櫻桃（學名：Cerasus pseudocerasus），是某些李屬植物的統稱，包括典型櫻亞屬（Cerasus）和矮生櫻亞屬（Lithocerasus；異名：Microcerasus）。
樹木方面屬落葉喬木一種 ，果實方面可作水果食品食用。
每年4月中旬是櫻桃成熟的季節。櫻桃外形嬌小，吃起來口感甜中帶微酸、果肉滋味純美。
其花、葉、果實也可加工製做為醃菜而食用或釀造為果酒。
象徵性： 櫻桃可以代表很多美好的事物，可以代表特別有活力的女子，可以代表很鮮活的愛情、幸福和甜蜜，蘊含著珍惜的意思。
櫻桃英文名cherry（英譯：車厘子），意思就是珍惜。
櫻桃在古今中外的藝術創作中經常被名家大師用來不同的藝術手法表現，已故中國畫大師齊白石、當代後當代藝術大師馬藝星在繪畫中對櫻桃的表現都十分美妙

用心傾聽傳來的音色
「初音未來」以交響音樂會「初音未來交響樂 2019」服裝版本

初音未來（日語：初音 ミク／はつね ミク Hatsune Miku，
中文圈通常簡稱為「初音」）是Crypton Future Media（下略作「Crypton」）
以Yamaha的VOCALOID 2語音合成引擎為基礎，開發販售的虛擬女性歌手。

初音未來的角色設定年齡為16歲、生日8月31日，身高與體重則分別是158cm與42 kg，擅長流行歌曲，搖滾樂和舞蹈。
衣服和機械部分以やまは於1983年發售的DX系列為藍本。
左臂「01」的初期設定是一個QR碼，衣服的原設計則是水手服，
但Crypton覺得不夠好而轉為現在的衣服設計。

軟體使用了Yamaha的VOCALOID 2、VOCALOID 3及VOCALOID 4的語音合成引擎，
把人類的聲音錄音並合成為酷似真正的歌聲。只需輸入音調、歌詞則可發出聲音，
亦可以調整震音、音速等的「感情參數」，最多能夠16人合唱，亦支援即時演奏、對應ReWire。
