Fail to "Detect and mount CD-ROM" @ Ubuntu 14.04 USB pen disk ISO Install

Time to time, you may unable to detect your Ubuntu 14 ISO Install USB pen disk
around installing.

Possible Solution
------------------------------------------------------------
1. Saw "Try mounting the CD-ROM?", Choose "NO"

2. In the main menu, Choose "Execute Shell" to launch shell

3. fdisk -l or dmesg to check which your "Ubuntu USB ISO disk located", might be sda/sdb/sdc or sdxx

4. (Assume it is sda) mount -t vfat /dev/sda /cdrom

5. Use "mount" or "ls -al /cdrom" to check again if is is properly mounted.
