This image is similar to the style of Vovo Tzeng and a few other artists here:
http://animexx.4players.de/fanarts/fanart.php4?id=121003
But I couldn't find it on this site (vovo2000.com). And I exactly know that it is not drawn by the girl who exhibited it on this German fanart page.
I would be very grateful if someone could tell me the artist's name or give a link to the original work :)
