特殊限制：現就讀本縣所屬國民中小學、高中職及大專院校學生對創作有興趣的學生，歡迎一同來共襄盛舉。

一、活動目的：
爲加強本縣民眾對「孝順」、「行善」的認知，進而培養出「行孝」
、「行善」的行為，透過繪圖自由創作空間的比賽進行，藉以敦風
勵俗，增進社會安和樂利，俾利「孝順」、「行善」之推行。

二、主辦單位：

四、協辦單位：
澎湖縣政府教育局、本縣各高中（職）校及國民中小學、澎湖科技大學

五、參加對象：
現就讀本縣所屬國民中小學、高中職及大專院校學生對創作有興
趣的學生，歡迎一同來共襄盛舉。

六、活動組別與限制：
（一）國小高年級組：本縣所屬國民小學5、6年級學生。
（二）國中組：本縣所屬國民中學學生。
（三）社會組：本縣高中職及大專院校學生。

七、比賽內容：
（一）作品主題：以「孝順」、「行善」為範圍設計。
（二）內容製作：應含「孝順」、「行善」之佳句名言以鼓勵人心。
不得使用任何圖庫、元件，或其加以改編組合而成，必須使
用軟體繪圖的方式自製完成。
（三）作品規格：
1.作品為18cm×26cm，列印於A4尺寸之紙張。
2.需附上創作之原始檔，與JPG檔(圖檔規格：全彩JPG，解析
度300dpi以上)，以光碟方式存檔（不加密碼）。
3.作品上不得註明任何非活動或意象傳達之相關標誌記號，若
發現一律以棄權論，不得異議。
4.作品嚴禁書寫姓名或其他記號，請以另紙書明參加組別、作
品題目、就讀學校、年級（科系），姓名、住家電話、手機號
碼以利聯絡事宜。違者取消參選資格。
5.應徵作品請以A4紙張電腦彩色列印一式2份，連同作品儲存
光碟送至澎湖縣政府社會局收，投稿者請自留底稿，投稿作
品一律不退還。
6.報名表如附表格式，作品創作說明以250字內，自行繕打或
以正楷書寫。

八、收件截止日期：
即日起至99年4月30日（星期五）17時30分止。

九、收件地址：

（二）假日請送澎湖縣政府值日室值班人員簽收。

十、評審方式：
（一）由主辦單位聘請地方美術專長人士擔任評審。
（二）評分項目及權重標準
1.內容與主題契合度：占評分比重30%。
2.創意：占評分比重30%。
3.編排、圖案、色彩：占評分比重40%。

十一、錄取名額：
各組錄取最優勝前3名及入選7名，但為維持獲獎作品之水準，得視作品水準調整獎項數量或從缺。

十二、獎勵辦法：
（一）第一名：每組各取1名（獎品或圖書禮券3,000元及獎狀乙
紙）。
（二）第二名：每組各取1名（獎品或圖書禮券2,000元及獎狀乙
紙）。
（三）第三名：每組各取1名（獎品或圖書禮券1,000元及獎狀乙
紙）。
（四）入選：頒發獎品或圖書禮券500元及獎狀乙紙。
（五）各組前三名之指導老師頒發獎狀乙紙。
（六）以上獎項得視實際參賽作品數量、水準經評審討論後得調整
得獎名額。
（七）二人以上之共同創作，獲獎之作品，其獎品或圖書禮券自行
分配。

十三、成績公布及表揚方式：
（一）評選結果刊登於本縣地方報及本府社會局網頁。
（二）表揚時間及地點另外擇期公開辦理。

十四、注意事項
（一）參賽作品必須為作者自行創作，如發現使用任何圖庫、元件
，或侵害他人著作權之情事，經發現或他人檢舉查證屬實，
除取消資格外，將函轉所屬學校知悉，並繳回所有原發之獎
勵。
（二）參賽作品請注意圖片規格、檔案格式，製作軟體不拘。
（三）所有參賽作品，其發表權、轉載權皆歸主辦單位所有，入選
作品得在本縣地方報及本府社會局網頁發表刊登。
（四）得獎作品其著作權歸主辦單位所有，主辦單位除保有刪除、
修飾權外，不另支付版稅、稿費，主辦單位以擇優方式作為
宣導看版、卡片等相關宣導印製。
（五）作品如涉及侵犯他人著作權者，作者需自行負法律責任。
（六）作品不限個人創作或聯合創作，但聯合創作以2人以上5
人以下為主。
（七）參賽者不論個人、聯合創作，均以一件為限，且以未曾發表
過之新作，若發現重覆投稿，一律喪失資格。
（八）本縣所屬國民中小學每校至少應送件一件，每件作品的指導
教師以一人為限。

十五、預期效益
藉由電子創意繪圖比賽，引導青少年對「孝順」「行善」的認
知及理解，使民眾於潛移默化中知「孝」「善」，進而去「行」，
將「孝順與行善生活化」建立健全人格。
十六、本計畫如有未盡事宜得視實際需要修正後實施。
