Ans3.a: Snapdragon 808 AArch64 Windows 11(Win-ARM64) performance is less than or equal to an "2014 Intel-Z3735F 4-core ATOM Laptop/Netbook"
Ans3.b: Because Microsoft-Lumia was then using MMC, the I/O is not good.

Q4: Is Lumia 950 + Windows 11 being able to Run Win32(x86/x64) EXE?

Ans4: Yes! This is Cool! I tried to run some 32-bit EXE and looks just OK.

Ans5: The performance is just like a very cheap ATOM netbook, and the Youtube playback is about 10~20 FPS, so I will use it as a Windows 11 test client by RDP(remote desktop).

Q6: Is Microsoft Lumia 950 phone has some "Windows Activation Serial No/Key?" like x86 laptop?

Ans6: No, the Microsoft Lumia 950 phone has NO Windows activation key stored in BIOS in x86/x64 laptop like Acer/Asus/Dell/HP devices. So the Windows 11 will not be an activated one, you can NOT customize the desktop or theme.

2022/03/16 Update status:

😂 30 days elapsed, I gave up using this retired Microsoft Lumia 950 as a Windows 11 ARM64(aarch64) remote test client ... Windows 11 is way too slow and lag on eMMC storage.

Now I will make this Lumia 950 reset in peace, again. 🥺

It was a good phone with nice camera and fast-n-clean Windows Mobile apps then, and Nokia Here Map is not bad (before it stopped the Lumia support); it is shame that Microsoft aborted Windows mobile projects so quickly.
