3. 目的為：訂出 Rule 為 --> 所有舊版都會放上舊圖典藏。（所以缺一個 V15）
4. 目的為訂定制度，此工作完成一半（Visit 次數歸零後個別計算），剩下一半轉為 Task-5.6
