1️⃣ (Step-1) Use WPInternals to Unlock the Lumia 950 Bootloader

Ans6: No, the Microsoft Lumia 950 phone has NO Windows activation key stored in BIOS in x86/x64 laptop like Acer/Asus/Dell/HP devices. So the Windows 11 will not be an activated one, you can NOT customize the desktop or theme.
