念法 #1（常見發音）: "20-21" "Twenty-Twenty-One"
念法 #2: "2000 and 21" == "Two Thousand and Twenty-One"
念法 #3: "2000 21" == "Two Thousand Twenty-One"

#2, #4 的唸法，也不算少見，
