helm 主要有兩個意思
(a) 舵 / 掌舵
(b) Helmet（頭盔、安全帽）的略稱
On the helm
on the helm => 掌舵中、執導、操盤中。
e.g. Someone is on the helm. （某某人是操盤者，某某人正在掌舵中）
helmless 的意思
簡單就是沒人掌舵，沒有方向、家裡沒大人的意思 (== without a helm)
