"toolbar_log.txt" of AVG Anti-Virus Free kept Increasing
Not sure why the TOOLBAR_LOG.TXT of AVG 2012 kept increasing in size,
it grows about 30 ~ 60 MB per day;
Therefore, it may occupy your TEMP or TMP folder around 10 ~ 20 GB per year
if your Windows XP is always up.
e.g.

STEP #1 FIND OUT YOUR __TEMP__ folder

STEP #2 DELETE TOOLBAR_LOG.txt, it RESPAWN, then MAKE it READONLY
Delete the big toolbar_log.txt,
you will find it immediately RESPAWNed;
Don't delete the newly respwaned one, just set the READ-ONLY
before it grows too large. (Right Click -> Properity)
