Install Classic 10.04 Ubuntu Gnome Panel Launcher @ ubuntu 12.04
Step #1: Install "Gnome-Panel"
Goto software center, search "gnome-panel", and install itStep #2: Add Gnome-Panel @ Startup Application Preferences
Add "/usr/bin/gnome-panel" into Startup ApplicaitonStep #3: Restart Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
And you got the classic Gnome Toolbar loaded.which co-works with Gnome Dash Board @ 12.04 LTS perfectly
