こちらのPAINT BBSでは基本的に繁体中国語で表示することです。
でいうと、TyuchaさんのＯＳは、WINDOWS 2000以上のバージョンじゃないと、こちらのHPが文字化けになる可能性があって、うまく見れないんと思います。

特に中国語が分かんない場合は、TYPEさんの言った通りに、英語表示に変換をお勧めです。
