Thinkpad T430: Upgrade to Windows 10 professional from Win7 Pro
1. You have to update BIOS to latest first.

2. It took about 1.0 hours to upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 (SSD disk)
3. If you are Windows 7 professional, then the Windows 10 will to be "Windows 10 Professtional"
4. Windows Defender natively built-in: cool and free.

6. Other Compatibility: Virtual Box, but this is not a H/W issue.
6+ months passed, Win10 on T430 looked OK so far!
