念法 #1（常見發音）: "20-16" "Twenty-Sixteen"
念法 #2: "2000 and 16" == "Two Thousand and Sixteen"
念法 #3: "2000 16" == "Two Thousand Sixteen"

#2, #4 的唸法，也不算少見，
