Why Ubuntu 12.04/12.04.2 LTS won't upgrade to MySQL 5.5

ubuntu1204$ apt-get update
ubuntu1204$ apt-get upgrade

found these three was not upgraded
- mysql-client-5.5
- mysql-server-5.5
- mysql-server-core-5.5

It might be Ubuntu's decision to make the release more stable
since this is a LTS version.
