Acer Aspire 5742/5742G/5745/5745G Install Windows XP + Drivers
It may almost apply for most Acer Aspire 57XX series
Step-#1 BIOS Setup
Set VGA to "Discrete Mode"
Set SATA to "IDE Mode"
Step-#2 Install Windows XP 32-bit
You must finish Step-#1 before proceed step-#2
or, you will see blue-scree.
Step-#3 VGA: Install NVIDIA Win32 Driver
