這幅畫完成於2012年2月。
這幅畫也是這個小說系列的最後一幅封面，心裡有些捨不得。這次盡量讓封面的角色更加吸引人，我喜歡角色臉部的表現。這次畫老人、骷髏畫得很開心，也是因為畫骷髏畫得意猶未盡，才會在之後”輪迴Karma”那幅畫中繼續畫更多的骷髏頭。
在處理構圖時持續地注意視覺焦點的流向，整幅畫也以暖色、紫色調來做處裡，並且將僅有的藍色使用在男主角身上。窗外的顏色我苦惱了很久，雖然似乎應該用更亮的顏色，但因為怕那樣會太過搶眼而作罷。
回顧來看，從這套小說的封面裡也可以看得到我的嘗試與改進，很榮幸能有這個機會和明日工作室以及龍雲老師合作，也希望讀者們會喜歡這一套作品以及封面、裡面人物角色插畫的呈現。也希望大家能告訴我你們的想法與建議，這樣可以讓我更加進步，也希望未來我能呈現給大家更好的插畫作品！
Cover design and character illustrations for volume 6 of “Huang Chuan Wei Tuo Ren”: “Reverse Action” (02/2012)
This illustration is the last cover in the novel “Huang Chuan Wei Tuo Ren” series; I will miss this series.
I focus on portraying characters in order to make the cover more attracted. I love the performance of characters’ face. It is very joyful about drawing old person and skeleton, and this is why I decide to add more skeleton in my afterward illustration “karma” because after finishing this illustration, I desire to draw more about skeleton yet.
When I handle composition, I still stress on the flow of reader’s focus inside the illustration. I use the warm tones and purple tones to create the atmosphere, and put the blue color on the male character exclusively. The hue outside the windows seems should use lighter color, but I consider that seem too eye-catching in the screen and don’t adjust the hue finally.
Over all, from this novel series cover can observe my progress and attempt. It was honor having the opportunity to corporate with MINIBOOK and 龍雲老師, I hope readers will love this novel series, the covers, and the characters design in the book. Please give me your thought and opinion, it is helpful for me to advance, and I wish I will bring more brilliant illustration to you!
