網路、作業系統、瀏覽器、Java JVM 太舊、系統配備太差，
有可能造成你們所說的現象，因為 Paintchat 的確要耗費不少的
系統記憶體來讀取過程和保留過程，而且頻寬太低，
過程往往會跑得比較慢。
另外，也要確定系統沒有中毒，中毒的系統，
通常也是比較慢，或容易當。
<笨方法>
最好是找一台鄰近自己環境的電腦，
（如家人、朋友、同事的）
用他的來試試看，如果他可以跑，你不行，
他不容易當，你容易當，就是考慮升級配備的時候。

1. 關於無法進入 V3 的問題
==================================
「答案」：（使用者端問題）
建議更新到 IE 6.0 SP1 以上，並且到完全手冊的 PaintBBS 常見問題確認一下你的 JVM（PaintBBS->WIndows XP 使用者那一個），或者先關掉你所有的瀏覽器，清除「暫存檔」，在關掉瀏覽器，再打開。
2. 關於 V3 有時候當的問題

「答案」：（Server端問題）
3.32 確定有不太穩的問題(Socket write fail)，不過他沒有過程讀取的問題。
3.35 比較穩，不過他有過程讀取的問題。
這個過一陣子會放一個 3.35 做為備份使用
3. 關於 V2 進去會卡住
==================================
「答案」：（不明）
這個可能是 JAR naming 的問題，也有可能是使用者端的問題，
建議按照問題一清除一下暫存檔，重新啟動瀏覽器試試看。

進行自我診斷；
建議清除 Temp File 並且不要設定 Proxy。

Goal: 使用 File::Find 和 Time::Piece 找到最新更新的檔案 (latest files)

由於 Gallery 1.3.x 版還是用文字檔去當 DB，所以要取出
最新的幾張圖，有一定的難度，所以要用工具去幫忙找出
「最新更新的幾張圖∼」 ( Latest Modified Images ）

Goal: Customized Web Error Message

Method:
1. 在 httpd.conf 建立
ErrorDocument 404 "/my/handle/path/myError.php?error=404"
當然，也可以用靜態網頁或純文字。（這裡好像 error code 不能用 RegEx？）
2. 寫一個 myError.php / perl (CGI) 去接
3. 寫好了，完成！（很簡單吧？∼ ）
